Is a cold planet in the galaxy’s Mid Rim where Beckett, Val, Han and Chewbacca are involved in the heist on a conveyex train carrying the highly prized cargo. Despite Vandor being sparsely settled, the Galactic Empire had a growing presence on the planet with Rangetroopers and Viper droids  and also sees our introduction to the mysterious Enfys Nest and the swoop bike gang of marauders.

Most of the scenes for the train heist planning and ultimate failure were filmed near Tre Cime di Lavarado, Northern Italy. The Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Italian for “three peaks of Lavaredo”, are three distinctive battlement-like peaks, in the Sexten Dolomites of north-eastern Italy. They are probably one of the best-known mountain groups in the Alps. The three peaks, from east to west, are:

• Cima Piccola / Kleine Zinne (“little peak”)
• Cima Grande / Große Zinne (“big peak”)
• Cima Ovest / Westliche Zinne (“western peak”).

A number of feature films have used Tre Cime for location shooting, including “The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones: Tales of Innocence” (1999) and The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles both starring Sean Patrick Flanery.
